VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE - DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO PHISHING SCAM EMAILS
IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION, THAT SOMEONE IS USING OUR BUSINESS NAME AND WEBSITE ADDRESS ILLEGALLY, CREATED FAKE EMAIL ADDRESSES TO IMPERSONATE US, IN AN ATTEMPT TO TRY AND SCAM PEOPLE. THIS IS NOT US.
Please be extra vigilant of phishing emails. We DO NOT send emails with deals and we DO NOT sell vouchers and we DO NOT accept Neo Surf or Recharge prepaid cards. We DO NOT offer VIP schemes or secret deals either.
If you receive an email from samara.rezende@ufpe.br wrekinwaterfiltration.sales@8784962.brevosend.com wrekinwaterfiltration.sales@outlook.com wrekinwaterfiltration.sales@gmail.com wrekinwaterfiltration.co.uk@gmail.com THESE ARE NOT FROM US AND ARE PHISHING EMAILS.
Please forward and report every phishing email by sending them to report@phishing.gov.uk government cyber security team, Then block the senders to prevent further emails. Once you receive one email, they seem to hound you with them, all with different email body text, so reporting and blocking every single one is essential.
ALWAYS, ALWAYS CHECK THE SENDERS EMAIL ADDRESS. We do not use @ufpe.br @gmail or @outlook email addresses - if you are customers of ours, you know what email addresses we use.
Rest assured, We have NOT had any data breach. We do NOT buy or sell data. We will NEVER ask for your personal information or payment details via email links. This has NOT come from us. We do extensive daily checks and we have the highest security measures in place.
I am truly devastated that they have chosen to target my business. There was absolutely nothing I could have done to stop this from happening, and there is nothing I can do to stop it. All I can do is warn you all and report it to Action Fraud, which I have done.
I also know that we are not the only company in the UK to have been targeted by this scammer. They do not care who they choose and target.
