Able to operate at very low pressures (6.8 bar), the HF5 range of membranes replace the HF1, delivering the same performance whilst using 35% less energy. Having an outstanding rejection rate of 99%, coupled with their low pressure capabilities, they are able to deliver significant energy savings. The HF4 comes with an outer ABS hard shell, providing an extra element of protection during storage, transportation and installation.
The AXEON HF5 range of membranes has been specially designed to suit a range of pure water production and water treatment applications. Manufactured using the industry’s leading membrane film technology, these membranes offer reliability, high performance and deliver consistent results.
In order to achieve optimal performance, the membranes must operate at certain parameters. These parameters are shown in the table on the PDF datasheet.
It is important to note that pressure and flowrate are the most pertinent factors when analysing the performance of an RO membrane.
Before installing any RO membrane it is imperative to ensure that the correct operating parameters are able to be achieved and it is recommended to seek advice on any application before the product is used.
